Leontesgrant.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

By visiting or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information for all purchases and accounts created.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

All artworks sold are original, hand-painted, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Each artwork is unique and may contain natural variations inherent to handmade art
Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen and device
Product photos are for reference only

We do not guarantee that the artwork will meet subjective expectations beyond the description provided.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Once an order is accepted and payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled, as artworks are prepared and packaged individually.

Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

All prices are shown in the selected currency.

VAT is not charged, in accordance with Lithuanian regulations for individual activity
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for non-EU buyers
Buyers are responsible for any import charges imposed by their country

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for your purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All artworks are shipped from Lithuania (EU).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs authorities
Events beyond our control

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the artwork is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including images, text, videos, and artwork visuals, is owned by Penguinstoic.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.
Reproduction, commercial use, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
